1) open up winrar as in pic 1
2) browse to the folder that you made the bin and cue files in as in pic 2
3) highlight the bin and cue files as in pic 3
4) click on the add button as in pic 4
5) in archive name browse to where you want the rar files to go (usually the folder made in your triggers ) as in pic 5
6) tick create solid archive as in pic 6
7) in compression method select normal as in pic 7
8) next in volume size type in 20,000,000 as in pic 8
9) click ok as in pic 9
10) the file will start creating the rar file in the folder you made as in pic10
11) when finished you have the bin and cue files rared down into 20 meg files as in pic 11
